My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While I loved the relaxing atmosphere and the great bathhouse experience, the service we received at the front desk was uneven, leaving a bit to be desired. I had a wonderful birthday weekend at this resort! The room was perfect, with a stunning view and all the amenities I needed.
